To promote gender equality (UNDP goal 5) (Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative) and employment opportunities for women in the Maritime Industry, 50% Subsidy is offered to Female participants for all courses.
Quality Policy
Quality Policy: It is the policy of FOSMA/FMIRO to provide consistent quality services as an "Association" to meet the needs and expectations of all its customers, i.e. members including their seafarers, and further to monitor functions of its training institutes as required. All applicable statutory and mandatory requirements in this regard will be taken into account.
FOSMA/FMIRO will strive to continually improve its services and performances, through efficient implementation of its Quality Management System.
