Membership Application Process

  1. Application form to be duly filled by prospective applicant company.
  2. Application, demand draft and documents to be forwarded to FOSMA Office.
  3. General Manager to scrutinize application and ask for any documents which are missing.
  4. Application to be put up at the Board of Directors meeting.
  5. General Manager to inform the company if the application has been accepted or not.
